Kiddush Sponsor Form

The weekly Kiddush luncheon is sponsored by members of the community for the benefit of all who attend on Shabbos or Holiday mornings. A delicious and pleasant, informal sit-down lunch is a wonderful way to mark an occasion that is special to you; occasions such as:

• Your birthday or the birthday of a loved one 
• Yahrtzeit of a family member or a beloved friend. Click here to calculate when your loved one's Yahrtzeit will occur.
• Your wedding anniversary or the wedding anniversary of a loved one 
• Any life cycle event of yours or of a loved one, to express gratitude in honor of a special occasion (baby naming, graduation, Bar/Bas Mitzvah, wedding, a New Job, a "small" miracle).
• Or "just because!"

Remember, there is only one sponsor per week, so dates are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. If your preferred date is taken, please consider choosing a nearby date. (Co-sponsorship may be available for tier 3 & up.)

Co-sponsorship is available for the end of Yom Kippur break-fast.

Every lunch includes Wine/Grape Juice, Challah, L'chayims etc.
Each individual tier includes the following:

• Tier I Deluxe Kiddush: Challah, Chumus, 3 Salads, chips, fruits, Kugel, Assorted Nuts, chulent.
   
• Tier II Super Deluxe Kiddush: Challah, Salmon/Gefilte fish, Chumus, 4 Salads, chips, dips, fruits,  Kugel, Assorted Nuts, meat chulent, cake.
   
• Tier III Super Deluxe Grand Kiddush: Challah, salmon/gefilte fish, lox/whitefish, herring, chumus, 4 salads, chips, dips, fruits, 2 Kugel, Assorted Nuts, meat chulent, kishkeh, NY deli, cake, fancy Israeli wine, plus all the trimmings

Please note: kiddush packages are for (up to) 26 people. If you're expecting more people, please  let us know and consider adding an additional donation below.
Also, substitute items may be used when certain food items aren't available.
