Our Mission
The Chabad House Jewish Center of Milford is dedicated to creating an open-door, welcoming environment that strengthens Jewish family life and personal Jewish identity for every Jew — regardless of background, affiliation, philosophy, or level of observance.
We serve individuals, families, and students seeking a meaningful, non-judgmental, and personalized Jewish experience, rooted in warmth, authenticity, and joy. In addition, we are committed to serving the wider community as well, offering educational programs and social outreach for non-Jews too, including teaching and promoting the values of the Seven Noahide Laws as part of building a more moral and G‑d-conscious society.
We believe every Jew has the right to access the beauty, depth, and wisdom of our shared Jewish heritage — regardless of religious background or financial means.
We do not define people by artificial “Jewish labels.” As the saying goes: “Labels are for shirts, not people.”
Guided by the teachings and vision of the Lubavitcher Rebbe and the global mission of Chabad-Lubavitch, we are committed to providing educational, religious, and social programming that elevates Jewish life, strengthens community, and brings greater awareness of G‑d in everyday living.
