Yom Kippur Children's Blessing
Please fill out this form and submit it before Tuesday at 12pm.

We will print the blessings and place them on the Bimah for the duration of Yom Kippur.
Place your hands on your child's head and say:

For son: May G-d make you like Efraim and Menashe
For daughter: May G-d make you like Sarah, Rivkah, Rochel and Leah
For both: May G-d make you like Efraim & Menashe, Sarah, Rivkah, Rochel & Leah.

Then say: "May G-d bless you and guard you. 'May G-d turn His countenance toward you and grant you peace". They shall bestow My Name upon the children of Israel, so that I will bless them.

Then read your Personal New Year blessing to your child.
