Welcome to Yom Kippur at Chabad! Where the people are friendly and everyone feels at home. Whatever your background, the services will leave you feeling enriched, connected, uplifted and energized.
This year you have the option to join the traditional service (indoors), the "Family Program" (outdoor), and/or the "Truncated service" (outdoor). Following the truncated service, Rochy will also lead a 15-30 minute Kabbalah Workshop.
While it's a traditional service, many prayers are recited in English, and all commentary/sermons are in English. Hebrew/English prayer books are used, and the rabbi provides a (sometimes humorous) running explanatory-commentary throughout.
Services at Chabad are open to all. No membership or payment is required. and it's for Reform, Conservative, Orthodox or any Jew that moves!
